Pazazz Chinese Cresteds and Cazsara Cavalier King Charles Spaniels

Living between Exmoor & Dartmoor in the beauty of the West Country -we are surrounded by some of the most exciting wildlife there is in the U.K. In the depths of Devon, up a track & overlooking a lake our family are fortunate to witness the changing seasons and enjoy the quality of life both for our four-legged friends and us.

Our grandfather first started our interest in the well being of his Labradors and Setters and as children we were encouraged to ensure that they were looked after both in health and with tender loving care. My father who sadly passed away in June continued with Boxers and bred under the famous affix of Ashleigh. This website is dedicated to him.

During the eighties we also bred Red Setters, but after losing "Wiggy", I had the misfortune to be immobile after an accident. After re-cooperation, I felt lost without a dog & realised that a smaller dog would be the answer - hence the start of the Cazsara line of Cavaliers. Originally called "Cavsrus" we all agreed to change the name -so "Cazsara" was born.

Starting to Show Chilli our Ruby girl - has been a pleasure, meeting different people & visiting different places. To receive a prize in the ring is a bonus, as you always take the best dog home. It was at this time that we joined both the UK Cavalier Club & the West of England CKCS Club & learnt such a lot from their seminars and shows. Chilli was our first show dog & just loved showing her socks off- such a delight to handle.

Our Family

We now have 4 generations still living here with us - all heart clear - and the delight is that great-granddaughter "Tia (Cazsara Showgirl -black & tan) qualified at the tender age of 7 months at Paignton KC Champ Show for Crufts 2005. Our first homebred Cavalier to do this -we are so proud of her, as she is such a sweetie, like her mum -Chilli, Grand Mother and Great Grand Mother. These four generations are still with us today.

About 4 years ago, whilst visiting Crufts - we saw what we thought was a miniature Afghan being handled in the Junior Handling ring it was breathtaking in its movement. After the class had finished we spoke with the owner to find out that it was a Chinese Crested Powder Puff. 6 months later, I saw a beautiful bitch at Bournemouth KC Champ Show- "Toots" belonging to Tracey D'Angelo of Crestmagic affix. What a picture she was winning her first CC for Tracey.

Cindy

To cut a long story short, I was introduced to Anita & Chris Rowntree of Lemiz kennels. Their CC (hairless girl) "Blondie" at Crufts 2003 went Best Bitch & becameChampion Lemiz Fantine JW. In February 2003 I was so lucky to have Lemiz Elle Showstopper with Pazazz (Elle) come to live with us and this year her ½ sister -Crestmagics Showstopper with Pazazz (Cindy) complete our Chinese Crested family.

I am so privileged to have Chris, Anita & Tracey as very good friends and such honest, sincere support that we never would have been able to achieve such success. - Elle taking 3rd Special Bitch at Crufts 2004 & Cindy 1st PB class at Welsh KC Champ Show in August 2004 - just some of their wins to date.

Cindy

We are so lucky to have both qualified for Crufts 2005 as well as our own Tia. We do not forget that their quality of life is paramount and so they all live normal doggy lives here and enjoy the pleasures of the countryside as we do. They are all our companions first & foremost.

Our thanks go to Cathy & Mike & Kathryn & Paul for their loyal support & love and a sincere thank you to all the KC Champ Show judges who have thought so highly of our girls -qualifying 3 for Crufts 2005

I am also a qualified judge on the 'C' list for Cavaliers and Chinese Cresteds.
